Note:
1.Use only appropriate cutters with sharp blade to make a perpendicular to the pipe’s axis cut without burrs.
2.Pipe deflection may cause a non-square cut when cutting less than one pipe diameter in length.
Blade:
1. 65Mn blade with electroplating , HRC 53°±2°
2．Stainless Steel Blade with polishing , HRC 55°±2°
3. SK5 blade with electroplating, HRC 53°±2°. If with teflon coating HRC 50°±2°.
Body and handles:
Aluminum Die-casting (ADC 12 aluminum) with plastic-spraying
Application Area:
For precise cutting of PVC, PP, PE , PEX, PB, MSR AND PVDF pipes up to ⌀51MM.
